Friday evening, August 31st, 7 - 9 pm, The Gift of Reshaping Your Nervous System
No one can care for your body, reshape your nervous system, or rewire your brain like you can. Begin to explore how you can move more flexibly, both physically and in your nervous system.
Saturday, September 1st, 9 am - 1 pm, Your Breath is Your Ally
Your breath is a true guide. It reflects your internal state and shifts as you shift. This practice combines a gentle yoga practice with instruction in useful simple yogic awareness of breath.
Saturday, September 1st, 3 - 5 pm, Feeling Good from the Inside Out: Joining Attention with Ordinary Goodness
What you focus on gets stronger. When you pay attention, for moments at a time, to ordinary good things in life you begin building new neural patterns that strengthen into inner resources.
Sunday, September 2nd, 9 am - 1 pm, Gentle Yoga: Your Nervous System Flow
Your nervous system signals alert you to danger or threat or safety. The signals happen below your conscious mind’s radar. Self-awareness is important to track subtle shifts of your nervous system. Start to recognize your nervous system’s rhythm.
Sunday, September 2nd, 3 pm - 5 pm, Mapping Your Nervous System
Are you safe? Your nervous system is always seeking to be safe. Learn a tool that helps you begin to reshape your nervous system and understand your nervous system’s movement.
