Resilience:

We Need It Now More Than Ever

In this free webinar training I’ll share  why resilience is an important skill to strengthen, and give you 7 specific ways to strengthen your life in meaningful ways. This is a wonderful introduction to what it’s like to be part of creating a caring, compassionate online community with others that share your passion.

Why Resilience?

Moments that are difficult in life - facing a health crisis, moving, downsizing work, loss or changes in financial security - these can color our future life unless we skillfully engage in new ways.

Research of modern neuroscience, healing trauma, studies about yoga interventions for various conditions, and research about lifestyle choices  - all give us a clear direction. The wise choices that we make, little and often, matter a lot.

Why Now?

If you are on this training, maybe you’re looking for support to make some new choices in your life. You want to be among other “healthy brains” and like-minded others that are ready to strengthen new muscles.

We have access to many tools and techniques, yet we might not have a way of relating to them, that’s a good fit for our circumstances. For example, you might find it challenging to meditate although you “know it’s good for you.” You want to slow down but “just don’t have time,”

Or maybe you have practices and want to create some accountability - you want to develop your consistency, to keep showing up for yourself.
