“This was a group that kept on giving. Charlotte created a space for us to show up as our true selves.”

Grief Group Spring, 2026 In person – Pittsfield, MA

Grief is a sign of how much we have loved. We grieve as deeply as we love.

You’re invited to a grief group held at the United Church of Christ in Pittsfield. Coming together to share grief is an opportunity to live in new ways. We do not forget our loved ones. We can find for ourselves how life is calling us forward, step by step, into greater healing and wholeness, accepting its gifts and challenges.

We integrate poetry, writing, and sharing with each other to touch on feelings and themes that are common to us all – love, laughter, emptiness, anxiety, beauty, connection, loss. In the process, some alchemy happens, bringing light into the hard places..

This group is generously offered. You are asked to make a donation and be as generous as you can. No one is turned away to lack of funds.

We’d love for you to join us.

Wednesday, June 10th

2:30 – 4 pm

If you have questions or concerns, contact Charlotte info@charlottenuessle.com

Register to reserve a space. The group size is limited.

at
 Berkshire Community College

Grief changes like life does. As we open ourselves to grow through grief, we open to what is hidden in it – so often, love. We’ll draw on poetry, writing, and sharing to give voice to our grief at this moment in life, discovering new ways to reflect on our experience of loss. As we bring ourselves present, we support each other in being present too.

Register online or call 413.236.2190 (M-F 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) to register by phone with a credit card.

The Fifth Season

An online exploration to creatively and courageously embrace aging and the second half of life

Starting fall, 2026

Mark Nepo is a beloved writer and poet whose personal journey with cancer transformed his views about life and what it means to live fully.

In this online group, we’ll take a deep dive into his book, “The Fifth Season,” to listen more deeply to the passages in our own lives, choose how to respond in new ways, evolving consciously as we continue our journeys. Discover gems innate in aging. Digest life experiences more fully to create fertile ground in our elder years. Marinate in wisdom.

You’ll be part of a small community that respects each person’s voice. Through meditation, writing, reading, and sharing you’re invited to be genuine in reflecting on this profound time in life.

We will meet on Zoom.

You’ll need a copy of the book The Fifth Season, by Mark Nepo

This is generously offered on a donation basis. You’re invited to be generous.

Details will come out in the summer – stay tuned. Sign up to receive updates
