I’m grateful to partner with you in courageously discovering how to be present for life. By not turning away from the broken-heartedness of grief, I invite you to explore a wisdom that honors both grief and life deeply. By gently opening to what is here, grief and life become true teachers that guide us, if we let them, in discovering the reality that life is constantly changing, even when we might want things to stay a certain way.
I offer online and in-person groups to strengthen resilience and to respect grief and loss. I also offer one-on-one coaching to help you genuinely navigate the next steps on your healing journey, and partner with you to create a meaningful ritual to honor your loved one who has died.
Through mindful self-awareness, creativity, experiencing warmth in community, and growing through the challenges of loss, I support you on your journey of finding meaning. My hope is that you deepen your self-compassion. Life is tough enough without being too hard on yourself.
We need each other’s company to feel wholeness as we grieve.
I’ve learned love goes on after death and so does joy. It’s different, it’s real.
